Students for Troops Overseas Aid Page

    Locked

    by 5jgibbs ·

Well, our school had decided to accept our project. SO i made this webpage. I could use some comments and suggestions on it. 🙂 If anyone has any ideas or donations as well, that would be nice to.. http://www.war.overclockerslair.com
    – this is a sub domain of my crappy page, but we are soon getting THIS page a new domain name, thanks.

But basically the page explains what we are doing, has the link to the article in our local paper, says why we need donations, ect..

    how does it look overall??

BTW : not trying to advertise here but, if anyone has anything to donate that would be great, because it going to costs us 1,340 dollars for a 1 year license to have products “care packages” we send screened by a 3rd party co. if anyone could help out finally, or constructively, :telling me what is good and bad about the web site: would be GREAT as well.

    Thanks for your feedback ect

    Happy New Year
    Jeremy

While it is a good starting point

It needs a lot of padding out with pictures and other things. It really looks a bit sparse right now although you can see that a lot of thought has gone into what has so far been produced.

You could explain just what you would like to have in the “Care Packages” as well and just how you will be selecting the troops who are defiantly getting the rough end of the pineapple as usual.

No matter what happens in the future the troops should always be supported and even if public opinion turns against this conflict you have to remember to place the blame where it belongs with the Government and never the troops.

That was the biggest mistake made durring the Vietnam War and to me was inexcusable.

Otherwise Good Luck with your efforts.

ya, i feel the same way, i don?t support what the war is FOR, but i would never turn my back on the troops, and i feel that they need as much support as they can get. after our little break, i will be posting pictures from a few of our meetings, and also i will list what is needed in the care packages. Thanks for the comments
