Subneting

Hi
i am David i just need a clear idea on the following please help.
i ve been given the following class B IP Adress 191.4.0.0 and they need it to be split up on 32 usable subnet. but after being able to find the change of the subnet Mask from the default one 255.255.0.0 to 255.225.248.0 i just get stack on how the first usable host in the first subnetwork will look like ,we know that we can only have 32 usable host on a subnetwork . i guess will it be 191.4.0.30 as we only allow to use 30 or 191.4.1.30
