Our mid-large sized corporation is assessing the value of so called Business Process Modeling and Analsyis tools that help with enterprise level orginizatinal change management. These these can overlap with case engineering type tools, but most commonly interface with middleware messaging systems like BEA, BizTalk, as well as Visio, etc. and allow “what if play” of changing business processes.
Anyone have any good or bad stories to share in this arena of “Process Digitization”? If so, have you tied it in with your development or production line of business systems?
