Suck the bandwidth DSL 500T Dlink Router

Hi all i have problem with bandwidth in my home. The proble is that my internet sharing with 6 people that 1mb speed. Recently my bandwidth is too slow i can’t use the skype as well i suspect some of the internet share people suck the bandwith i think they using p2p or emule software to download. is it anybody help to increasemy bandwidth or to block the this kind of p2p connection. pls help to solve out this issue. than you very much.
