suddanly file missing

hi

I am faceing strange problem in my networking.while suddanly missing and it is not avialable no more & it missing from all place ie from all local system and server.
pls help me to get rid of this problem

Try checking your power management settings and be sure that your station is not going into hibernation or standby, thereby cutting your connection.

From the server end, be sure that your station is not restricted by network access schedules.
