Computer using Windows XP Home Edition was reformatted a few weeks ago, but was without problem in Outlook until today. Using Outlook 2003 Pro. When trying to Reply or Forward, it hangs with the message “Starting Microsoft Office Word 2003 as your e-mail editor…” and will not resolve. I have to force a shut-down and then switch to the Outlook editor to Reply or Forward. This has never happened before and I prefer to use Word as the editor. Help?
