Suggestion Req for SDIO Host Controller & SDK

Can any one suggest me low cost SDHost controller with its software stack for my SD memory & SDIO slave device development? I have already checked with Arasan SDIO HDK that costs more with our senario. Its very much appreciable if I get any good host controller interface to test all the SD commands by developing test environment.
