Hello. I am seriously interested in changing careers from boring corporate America and moving into the fun and exciting world of the IT industry. I have spoken to some people and they say that I should get an MCSE and others tell me I need to get an A+ and N+ certification. I want to know what are the best steps that I can take to begin a new IT career. I know that I want to go into networking, and I also know that I will probably start off in a desktop support position or help desk position. What do you recommend is the easiest way to make a transition from the stiff and boring corporate American environment and into the world of IT? Any suggestions on the best and quickest way to begin in the industry? Thanks for your help.-DS
