SUMIF on a list with pos and neg numbers, needing sum of neg values only

Hello, I am looking for some guidance on how to sum all the neg values amongst pos/neg from a list.

Subtotal with function_num works for addition but I wan tot get sum of neg values as well as pos values any ideas plzzz
