What does sump.exe refer to? I have both SpeedUpMyPC and RegistryBooster installed on my machine and they both seem to work fine. Yet my Internet Explorer 7 continues to stop responding and I get an error code in my registry dumps when I quit a program with Task Manager. I am running Vista Premium on a Dell Quad Core.
