Superbike 2001 W2K

By rezrider ·
Hi every one. Does anyone know how to get superbike 2001 EA sports to run in Windows 2000 Pro. I already tried the application compatibility tool. It does not work. Any other ideas. Thanks rezrider

W2K is designed for BUSINESS Work-Stations, and does not have many of the files required to run games.
This includes DLLs and many other sytem level files.

You best option, is to switch to either W98, or XP Pro.

Thanks Chas. Yea I'm aware of the xp or 98 option I can easily change over to XP and I don't play that many games. This one just has been a challange for me and I was hoping to get it going on win2k.

It is possible to run games on w2k. Make sure your game is compatible with w2k. If you're still running into issues, post messages on EA's board. I'm sure you'll find much more support there.

I know that some games work and I also know that Superbike 2001 was not compatable 2 years ago I was just hoping that by now someone would know some tricks or have some working patches. I ran the game on 98 for a couple of years and did my business on the w2k system but now I am just using w2k because I don't play many games. This is one that I like though. Thanks
