I have recently become an independant consultant & network support specialist for small to meduim sized businesses. I would like to start offering my clients an opportunity to sign up for a maintenace contract where I would regularly maintain & checkup on the status of their network. The question is how do I decide what the monthy fee is for a client to sign up for my Support & Maintenace Contract? What do I base it on? Do I provide unlimited support?
