I had to set up several security restrictions on some pc's including right-clicking. I believe these fixes work on all windows:

Navigate in regedit to the location given, and add a dword value with the names below; then change the values to 1.

In Windows:

In Internet Explorer:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions]

Here are some additional Internet Explorer restrictions: put them in the same place as the nobrowserconextmenu:

yup it's os dependant for disabling specuific options.
nope the non os dependant methods do not work 100%.
to gain the right click functionality all the visitor to your website needs to do is what most are starting to do anyway, turn off clientside scriptimg.
the no right click scripts are all javascript based.
no javascript executing, no stopping the right click.
