i've users in my network always try to bypass the surfcontrol and isa server to chat ,i block them all the time but now they're using reverse.lstn.net tunnel wich is not blocked by any server, although i added it to the block list, any ideas?

If so, you can pretty much forget locking down the network.
It would seem that they are using a proxy at that domain. You blocked "reverse.lstn.net"? Were the local resolvers and browser caches flushed? If nor, you may have to wait for a bit for blocking to work. (Although I am not sure what mechanisms surf control uses.)
Have you tried "lstn.net"? How about the "normal" domain names? E.g., isurfproxy.net = 226-89-162-69.reverse.lstn.net.
If "surf control" is the Websense product, it may be best to contact the vendor. You probably paid quite handsomely for the product.
I've recently implemented OpenDNS at home which is quite effective and flexible. I don't know what the pricing is like but if the users are locked out of changing their DNS sites, then I don't know how they can get around it.
