suspicious lines

I have never seen these type of lines before, I am wondering if anybody else has. I believe them to be viral in nature, but I am not sure. If anyone else has seen these or similar, please respond. I have REMed them out of the autoexe.bat. Oh, bythe way, this workstation was highly infect with the magistra virus.
