SVC host

when i “on” my computer, and logged into Internet Explorer, numerous time I need to wait for some time for it to log into a website and during waiting time, I observed that in my Windows Task Manager, it shows one of the SVC Host – consuming almost 100% CPU usage and when I select that particular SVC Host and End Process, the CPU usage drop tremendously however, my Window Status bar lost its color.

How to find out what that particular SVC host is processing what to my system
