Svchost services

I’m aware of how to view the services running under a particular svchost.exe, but is it possible to see which service is using the memory that is slowing down my system? the svchost.exe is running at about 20-25mb ram. This svchost is running services such as netman, w32time, fastuser, etc. I’ve determined that the windows update service is not running automatically.
