SVChost.exe

Win32.Torjan-Dropper.agent.airs.3 this minor small virus infected to my winodws. i was already run microsoft security patch of 2003 server in operating system. although there is same problem with my machine. It create temporary folder in windows temp. if any one should know solution on it plz send me your suggetion.
