Sym for Exchange - Antivirus/Filtering

By jgreer ·
I am currently running Symantec for Exchange with antivirus and filtering. There is a domain list under the SPAM filter and I was curious if a database or text file exists somewhere that would allow me to import a list of spam related domains. Is this possible or do I have to enter them manually? Trying to avoid having to retype 800 of them.

I am using version 4 of "Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange" which used to be called "Symantec AntiVirus/Filtering for Microsoft Exchange".

read (remove any spaces)

I just started using that particular feature this week.

Here's what I did: Pick 1 or more lists from the web site
I then have been looking at the stat page every day and taking note of the section "DNSBL Data". So far my data is "Checks made= 13388" and "Rejected Connections= 3402".
So I will get some statistics on how good each site it.

Warning: be careful to read the text about each list on that web page. Some of the links are to a "whitelist" which you definitely do not want to use.

Good luck!
