Hi all
I am using symantec endpoint protection manager 11 mr4
today i found that error on the live update status when it was trying to update on the Scheduled update time

7- Unexpected server error. ErrorCode: 0x10010000
6- C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\temp\indexD.html (The system cannot find the file specified)
5- Unexpected server error. ErrorCode: 0x10010000
4- Database maintenance finished successfully.
3- No EICAR virus found events got swept.
2- Number of virus definition records swept: 3
1- Number of scan events swept: 1
***********************************************
***but it updated when i manually update from the console***
please if any one know about this error solution reply
