Symantec Ghost 8 Won’t complete task.

We are trying to create an image and keep getting the following message from Ghost.
“There are machines in this task that may use the Virtual Partition but do not have a valid template selected. This may cause the machines to fail this task. Do you wish to continue?”
If we select “continue”, the task always fails.
The computers are running Windows XP Pro and the server is running Windows Server 2003.

We would appreciate any suggestions.
