My question is about Symantec’s Ghost program. Unfortunatlly I am rather new to the IT field, and am not sure if this is an easy fix. My unit uses the Ghost for quick rebuilds. The way they explained it was, they would take a computer and load NT from scratch. Without loading any of the drivers they would burn that image onto disk, so that when one of the comps on our network would go down we can just bring it back to our shop, ghost it, load NIC, Video, and sound drivers, and it’s back on the network in 40 min, if nothing goes wrong. Well, recently we figured out that the original ghost they made did not work on computers with agp video cards. So we had to make a seperate ghost for comps with agp videos. Is there anyway around that?
