Haven’t tried it yet, but MS has SyncToy (only for XP) located here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/synctoy.mspx
There is also the freeware version of Easy2Sync at http://www.easy2sync.com/en/produkte/e2s4o.php
Let us know how they work.

I sync my outlook 2003 using my exchange server with my desktop computer, my notebook computer, and my pocket pc.
Your question does tell us how you are trying to sync.
If your trying to sync personal folders between 2 computers you have to do it one way.
If like me you use Exchange 2003 you do it another way.

Thanks for the suggestions. Easy2sync freeware syncs only your outbox and inbox. I will try the SyncToy soon as I have time since I don’t have an exchange server.

I was looking for a product to solve this for my sister, who’s on the road constantly and when she get’s back to her home office she needs the wireless to automatically start syncing. This prodoct does the job. It’s got a 15day trial. and 2 way syncing easy to install. I recommend it for anyone.

Noticed some other solutions, and wanted to add Syncing.Net. It syncs contacts, email, calendars, etc. across multiple computers and allows file sharing.
Here’s a recent review: http://www.sync-blog.com/sync/2010/02/sync-microsoft-outlook-on-multiple-computers-with-syncing-net.html and download link to try it out: http://www.syncing.net/en/download/syncingnet-20.html
