We have AD running on W2K3 (but still in 2k mode) and XPSP2 clients with roaming profiles.
Problem is when users log off XP synchronises. Nothing wrong with that except XP insists on sync-ing every profile on the PC, including ones I've deleted! This means syncing takes ages and some people prefer to change their profiles to local. Basically want to know how to stop the roaming profile\syncing from doing so much and bloating the PC. thx!
