What do I run to synchronize my partitions on my server. I've ran dsrepair, and no good. What else could I run.

If you talk about mirroring, you can brake the mirroring and after a restart restore back. Automaticaly will synchronize.

You need to find why your partitions are not synchronising. Run a basic NDS health check first.
This consists of:
NDS version ( on all servers)
Time Synchronisation
Partition continuity.
The first two can be quickly checked with the Time Sync. option in DSrepair. If you see any
-625 errors then server communcation is your problem.

If everything looks ok then load DSrepair with the -a switch ( DSrepair -a ), go into Advanced options and Check External References. This will highlight any stuck Obituaries which is usually the cause of most synchronisation problems.

Where you go from there depends on various things.
Check them first and let me know the outcome.
