Synchronizing calendar for offline use

Hi,

We have exchange 2000 server with Outlook XP and calendars are shared among groups of employees. Is there a way to synchronize all other people’s calendar for offline use?

All clients are running Windows 2000 and offline folder only works for each individual only. I cannot synch other team member’s calendar because it doesn’t give me the option. Is there any way I can do it so when they take their laptop away on a trip they can still see their team member’s calendar? Thanks!
