Synchronizing NT workstation and domain

I have several users who need to have administrator rights to their Windows NT workstation machine but also need to log into a domain. They also log into a Netware server. Is there anyway to synchronize the passwords so when they change one it changes the other? Or to give them admin rights on their pc while logging in directly to the domain? Right now they establish the connection by mapping a drive to the server.
