Many people are having this problem with the syncing error. We are able to update all the way to contacts and calendar and then it falls over and this error appears with that support code. We have tried to sync the phone book one by one but to many errors and the same with the calendar. Cant afford to loose them
Unsure on when this problem started and all my googleing has found that i cant find a solution from the problem.
We are using Windows Vista with an Imate pda phone.
