sysdata.xml

By blue_are_you ·
Hello,

I have a recently purchased R400 Notebook from compaq. When I am on my machine it will randomly shut down. And when it reboots it says sysdata.xml and something about a memory dump. But my largest concern is that it is not consistent meaning that sometimes it will be 10 minutes after I turn it on and other times dureing the boot. So if anyone has a good clue as to the issue please let me know.

Thanks,
Nathan

What is showing in the event logs?

Also, you should be able to read the dump and sysdata.xml that are ebing created.

Those files are created in the event of a crash.

More information is needed to assist you with this issue.

It says something about there being an error with my IP Address and my internet protocal. There is also something about a minidump.prep file that is also located in my registry.
