system 32 opening at startup

I run windows NT 4.0 on my desktop and a few weeks ago the file SYSTEM 32 started opening
at startup. It is not showing in the startup directory, I have run numerous virus scans, I can't figure out why it is happening or how to get it to not do this.

It's caused by an invalid registry entry. Check this out:
