Interested in finding out what organizations report on in terms of “system availability”. Also what products are being used to extract/provide data and what platform data is for (ie mainframe, LAN, WAN, MAN, etc).
In terms of reports, how are theyprovided (paper, web, others) and whether these are provided by types of users (CIO, network specialist, etc).
