I believe (means I could be wrong) that it is 2GB, but that is also limited my the motherboard and what it will support.

Windows NT will address up to 4GB of memory. How much will work in your particular server is a function of the motherboard used.

Microsoft says the the limit is "2gig per process" but as mentioned by everyone else you must see what your motherboard can address.
see: Q171793 on MS Technet.
Do you know what Motherboard you have? If you can't find out maybe someone else can.
Have Fun!
