Hi, I am new to learning and development field and would like to ask a question on system implementation.I know that the best model is the ADDIE model for training but my confusion is that at which stage we write the training project management plan.Is it before documenting the ADDIE model steps or after that.
Also what the difference between training blueprints and lesson plan.Thanks.Rachel.
