when my computer goes to POST’s it powers its self off, but it will only do this some times. It might take me 4-5 try’s before it will boot up all the way into windows. When I go to turn it on it may or may not power up into windows.
I have Flashed my BIOS, reformatted and reloaded Win98, also changed my RAM stick. I am at a loss to what might be the problem. The system is a Gateway 2000 it is a 98 I beleive.
