I am running an AMD K6-III 450 on a tmc TI5VG+. The motherboard has been upgraded but problem was present then as well. The problem is that the system just restarts, no warning screens or errors just a reboot. The problem occurs in both win98 and win2K but more in the latter, esp when running matlab and alpha5. Does it sound like an over heat problem with processor or maybe a power supply problem. Any ideas would be useful as the problem is just getting irritating (not that it is getting worse with time)
