Well I did a system recovery for my HP computer because a program wasnt working properly… I did the system recovery at the start up of the computer and i pressed “F10” went through the process, and now I went back on and the user’s were gone is was jsut one user, and my internet wasnt working all my files and folders, my documents, pictures, everything was gone except some downloaded programs that I had and half of them dont’t work anymore, But my mom’s user folder was still in the documents and settings, how come mines goen but hers isnt, I’v tryed to undo the system recovery but there was no recover points, I’v tryed to recover my lost files but the files that I recover are all strange number named files that I don’t reconize… The person who helped us set the internet back up on the phone, told us that my fiels are probly still on there.. but where!
