If you still know the administrator password, you can go into Safe Mode and do a system restore to a later point. I have had to do that on some computers before(Some computers are still using Administrator as userid and admin as a default password). When going into safe mode the Welcome Screen should show user names with Administrator being on of them. You might also try to hit the Enter key instead of putting a password in and see what will happen.
before the system restore the admin(user name and passwoed)was ex. A.: that account was abandoned and i began using A NEW USER-ADMIN. ACOOUNT EX.CALLED B i used that B however the system restore went tooo back to the past to the point where my user name didnt exisit and EX.A Is THE ONLY ADMINSTRATOR AND ACCOUND) which i dont know its password only what that user name is.
I TRIED WHAT U SAID AND ENTERED sAFE MODE HOWEVER NOTHING WORKED.
I researched some backdoors for the TOSHIBA PORTEGE 3500 but i didnt really get what they were saying.
You might want to locate BartPE or Emeregency Recovery Commander. You can actually reset the any admin password without knowing it. It will allow you to reset the password. You can then log back into windows and start using it again. Since nobody seems to want to award points, I will not post links. You can do a search on google for the programs. Goodluck
