I have searched the Forum for this but cannot find the answer I need.
Recently (I suspect after an auto Win. update) System Restore stopped creating checkpoints and will not restore to an earlier time. It will allow manual creation of checkpoints and will restore in Safe Mode but not otherwise.
Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
