Hello, sorry if this is not the correct forum to post this. My problem is I had a complete system shutdown, and I cannot power back-up. My surge protector shows I had a surge,I replaced it. I checked voltage into power supply, I have 120v in. My mobo does have a green LED on. I get no fans on or any action when trying to boot up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
