My system Operating system is windows xpsp2.The problem with my system is that when we start the system its is automatically switching on and off automatically with in a span of two or three seconds.I reset all the cables including the power supply wires.I think th problem is with SMPS is it?Or is the problem with mother board.I am using A mercury mother board?If not what is the reason for this.Please reply as early as possible.
