System Time/Clock Changes Automatically

I have WIN NT 4.0 SP6 server running on an IBM AS/400. The time on the OS/400 side is correct, but the time on the NT side is 1 hour behind. When I change it to the correct time it changes back at the next 5 minute mark. The only software running is McAfee VirusScan 7.0 Enterprise. I have scanned for viruses, searched the web high and low using every possible combination of keywords. The only thing I can find is an old virus known as Prague.Backtime.528, but the latest dat file it calls for is 4002 and I’m running 4328. I’m going to uninstall McAfee to see if that has anything to with it. I haven’t seen any documentation that suggests McAfee would cause it, but it’s the only software on the server.
