System Wide Folder Date Modified Problem after crash

We had a glitch with one of our power protection units.
It failed during a power surge and our raid server (windows server 2003) shut down.

After starting up the box all of the Folders on the Data drive showed “Date Modified” as the same time. (the time of the surge).

How can we restore the correct Date Modified times?
Note this did not happen to the folders on the c drive.

    User Profile has not changed.
    What changed in the Data Drives is the Date Modified for all folders.
    
    How would the User Profile (which hasn’t been lost) have any effect on them?
    
    Also pleas note that the everything on the C drive was unaffected.
