I have a small office with 6 PCs running Win95. I have 1 system that will sometimes restart by itself and sometimes it will not shut down when told to do so. It will restart instead. These PCs are networked using a hub. When the network cable is disconnected the computer works just fine. No problems at all. Any thoughts??
