System.pif

Why sometimes my nav keep detected virus found on c:/windows/system32/system.pif

But i have clean everything which symantec have taught me

Thw virus is w32.spybot.worm

I have tried and tried…still unsuccessfully

please help
Any removal tools for this virus??
