If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
Sysvol growing like kudzu
change in our staff, and no change in our group policies.
The sysvol used to contain a few folders with "policies" and "scripts". Now it contains 183 "policies" folders ranging from just a plain "policies" to "policies_NTFRS_0074ab3_NTFRS_00xxxxxx" and 8 different "scripts"folders that have the same "_NTFRS_xxxxx" stuff on them.
Our dilemma is this,,,, which ones can we get rid of? I know that all of them are not necessary. What happens is the size of the sysvol slows down and stops the file replication through the staging area, and the problem causes itself to get worse... Anyone out there run into this before?
