The worst customer services that I ever experienced from a phone network provider – T-Mobile came top of the table.
First I was mis-sold a package under the guise of upgrading.
Secondly my account was suspended due to phone getting stolen and thief running up my bill.
Secondly upon re-activation I was informed by customer services-billing department that it will take maximum 5 working days to be re-activated.
Third I queried why it has taken so long for my service to be re-stored.
Answer it depends on how busy admin is. Sorted
