t/rep WONT change to my new e-mail acc

can some one help,i have opened a new e-mail account but i cannot seem to get tech/republic to accept it as i tried once to re/register but was unsuccesful, so every time i change to my new e-mail, what comes back is THIS EMAIL IS ALREADY IN OUR DATA BANKS, I KNOW THIS BECAUSE IT IS MY EMAIL AND YES Iput it there,fly022@optusnet.com.au
