TAB to autocomplete in Windows CMD?

I have two PCs running Windows 2000. When I use the Command Prompt within Windows on one PC, I can use TAB to autocomplete the line, just like Linux and OSX.

The other PC doesn’t have this feature and I can’t find where I might turn it on?

I NEED this feature, cause I once had it.
