Table background image woes

I am having a huge problem putting a
background image in a table cell.

First, I tried the typical:

THAT didn’t work, so I tried it with CSS:

But that still wouldn’t show up! Anyone know
any other way to dothis?? Any help would be
appreciated!! Thanks, Mike
