I note that in Netscape, tables are given a small default spacing down from the top and away from the left screen edge while in IE, they are sucked right up to the screen edge.
This is causing an issue for me in trying to get a page to appear correctly in both browsers. I know this isn’t a perfect world and that complete browser compatibility is not aleays possible, but I’m hoping there’s a solution for this one.
Does anyone know how to get Netscape to place its tables right at the top and left screen edge? Or, alternatively, to get IE to use the same spacingas Netscape without also causing additional displacement when viewed in Netscape?
